Costume Jewellery Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, you must do so within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Items returned more than 30 days after receiving cannot be accepted.
Full price items can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase To be eligible for a full a refund, items must be returned to us unworn and in a condition deemed fit for resale. Your return items must also be in the original packaging and labelling along with a return form filled out.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org , quoting both your order number and date of purchase and we will send you a return form to be sent back with the item,
- Earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.
- We do not offer a free returns service at the moment
- Any item that is deemed unfit for re-selling eg. soiled, damaged and/or smells of perfume or fake tan or any other odour will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/reduced items cannot be refunded.

Once we receive your return, our customer team will send you a confirmation email. Returns are usually processed within 3 working days after receipt. Refunds will be processed onto the debit or credit card used for purchase. Once the refund is processed, it may take up to 5 working days to appear on your account.
All orders are carefully inspected before they are sent out, but in the rare case, an item is damaged or faulty, please email our customer care team at email@example.com including pictures if possible of the faulty item(s) and we will advise on how to proceed
For exchange, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help you with your exchange.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items/packages which do not reach us so we recommend that you use a trackable service.
