Yes. A large initial engraving is completely free on selected birthstone jewellery and is our most popular engraving option.

Name engraving is available for €10 on selected birthstone jewellery. Please check the individual product page for the engraving options available.

No. Personalised or engraved jewellery cannot be returned. Due to the personalised nature of the item, it has been made specifically to your requirements and is therefore non-returnable.

Yes. If your jewellery has not been personalised or engraved, it may be returned subject to our normal returns conditions.

No. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This applies regardless of whether the earrings have been personalised.
