Full-price items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days provided they are unworn, fit for resale and returned with their original packaging and labels. Return postage is not free. Sale items and personalised or engraved items are excluded from our standard returns policy.

Can I return earrings?

Earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty.

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes. Our gift wrapping service is available if you are buying fashion jewellery as a present.

How quickly is fashion jewellery delivered in Ireland?

Orders are normally delivered nationwide within 1–3 working days. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery is available on orders over €80.
