Full-price items can normally be returned or exchanged within 30 days if they are unworn, fit for resale and returned with their original packaging and labels. Personalised or engraved items and sale items are excluded from the standard returns policy.

Can I buy a necklace as a gift?

Yes. Fashion jewellery necklaces and pendants make popular gifts, and our gift wrapping service is available.

How quickly are necklaces delivered in Ireland?

Orders are normally delivered nationwide within 1–3 working days. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day.

Free delivery is available on orders over €80.
